If you’ve seen trailers for Blades of Glory, you’ve seen the scene where Will Ferrell is on the treadmill reciting the song he wants them to skate to. When we saw the movie, I told my hubby that I saw an interview that said Ferrell ad libbed most of that. And Nathan said, “You’ve heard the real song, haven’t you?”
“Real song? You mean that’s a real song?”
“Yes!” He promptly sat me down in front of You Tube to demonstrate.
And I haven’t been the same since. I’m scarred. Permanently. The song keeps me up at night.
I’ve heard the first step to healing is confronting the pain. It’s like a horrid train wreck and I can’t look away!!
